These folding fans are slim, minimal, and modern. They’re also backed by centuries of craftsmanship. Easy to take on the go, each fan is a beautiful accessory with a rich connection to Kyoto.

Washi paper is meticulously coated in urushi lacquer — a precious resource in many Japanese crafts — and displayed on bamboo ribbing. The fine lacquer detailing on the folds and edge adds a sophisticated touch.
